Many Links

Jason Quick has the usual great Game Recap.

Joe Freeman has the skinny on Kevin Durant.

Mike Barrett celebrates the streak.

Kerry Eggers does too.

Dwight Jaynes is all about the Roy-Bot.

And Eggers shows how Blazersedge has set a major trend among the Blazers' players and staff.

Leading the way, that's what we do.

P.S. Jayseyfield gives us a link to the Seattle point of view.

Look at this
Poor little (metaphorically speaking) Greg looks like all he wants to do is be with "the guys" in this picture, haha. Man does he wanna be back on this team.

I wonder what everyone is looking at?

Well
Either Kristin, Melissa, Kassi, or Mary Ellen.

At least, I know I'd have my eyes on them.

The skinny on Kevin Durant
I laughed in my cubicle when I read that. Nice pun, Dave.

Great piece on Nate
in the Seattle times:

Why haven't our own beat writers written a piece like this? Nice to see the team, and especially the coach, starting to get some love outside of Portland. I guess all it took was 11 in a row :)

p.s. Go Bucks tonight!

Man
Do you know how hard it is to make "Fire Nate" diaries with stories like that?  Thanks for sharing, that was a wonderful story.
Happy Holidays and Mele Kalikimaka!

lmao at
the notes at the end of the "notebook" article at jayseyfield's link

"Carlesimo and forward Chris Wilcox wore microphones for the ESPN telecast. Said Wilcox: "Some of the guys were calling me a snitch because I'm wearing a wire. ... I never say too much bad stuff, so I'm not worried.""

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.
