The Portland Trail Blazers’ preseason schedule is officially over. And it couldn’t come a moment sooner, as Portland opened up hot, then went cold in a 107-96 loss to the Golden State Warriors. Stephen Curry and new Warrior Kevin Durant dominated the Blazers in the second half, then the benches finished off the game. The final score was actually closer than the rest of the second half.
Damian Lillard scored his Oakland-traditional 20 points with 4 assists and 4 rebounds. CJ McCollum added 16 points and 4 assists. Don’t ask about Evan Turner’s night.
With the preseason over, the Blazers gear up for opening night, at the Moda Center Tuesday against the Utah Jazz.
