Three players that should be on our radar. Their entering the last year on there deals. One of them is a former blazer. Inking these three players would take us from the bottom of the league bench ranking to probably middle of the pack in NBA standings. It would give us a back-up point, small forward, and a stretch 4-5. The price tag to obtain these three players would cost around 15 to 20 million. By, Mo Williams opting to not return. Plus; trading Myers,Wright,Freeland,Claver, and unfortunately CJ McCollum which will free up around 14-16 million. Add; cap space and i think we could pull this trade off. With no further delay i introduce you to our two new and returning blazer....Bayless (point guard /scoring,def, only 25) , Shawn Marion (vet scoring, def, small forward) , Brandon Bass (vet scoring, def, only 28) dispelling Lopez for 10-20 mpg or if T-Rob is having a off night. He can back-up Aldridge for a few. That would bring instant offense. Not to mention consistent second unit defense. You could also slide one or two of them in the first unit-depending on who we were playing from time to time. Still; would have one of our level contracts to pick up another (preferentially) a veteran big J.Neal etc....Give Bayless & Bass a 4 year deal. Being older give Marion a 2 to 3 year contract. A good 9 to 10 man rotation with out sacrificing extra injuries or energy (minutes) for your starters.
