What is this drunken dance?

When I was a stockbroker in Portland I heard it said that the market moves like a drunken man. It steps left and right, quick and slow like a drunken man. Has anyone else noticed this drunken dance the Spurs use to illegally run the pick and roll? As the defender tries to go above the screen or below the screen the screener drunkenly bobs and weaves in front of him. Whether it is Tim Duncan or Boris Diaw or Tiago Splitter, the little drunken dance is the same. It is side to side, front and back, stepping here and there to stay in front of the defender while Tony Parker or Kawhi Leonard take wide open mid range jumpers. I understand Robin Lopez is hanging back by the rim, but a moving screen is a moving screen. Why are the refs not calling them.
