Get Mo Williams out earlier in 4th quarters

As you will see by clicking on the links below (which filters only 4th quarter stats) Mo Williams plays over a minute longer in the fourth quarter in losses than he does in wins.

He also averages a turnover in that 8 and a half minute stretch to start the 4th quarter, not to speak on the opportunity costs of him having the ball over Lillard, Batum, Matthews, etc. (he doesn't exactly create for other people and tends to pound the ball until late in the shot clock).

That being said, get him involved more in the 2nd quarter, let him bring his offensive energy in the 3rd, but, notably in the games where we have lost leads we had going into the 4th quarter, Mo seems to aide in the opposition's momentum with aggressive choices that are questionable at best (especially for our "veteran presence").
