If the Blazers are willing to trade away some younger assets (well, younger than some) for some bench punch right now, I think we could possibly bring back some former Blazers. What about Channing Frye (essentially for Thomas Robinson and Dorell Wright) and Andre Miller (for Mo Williams and Victor Claver). I believe this is something that Denver and Phoenix might consider as they are both borderline playoff teams looking for younger talent. To me, if LaMarcus who has played with both Andre and Channing, were thumbs up on either one or both of these trades, we could pull the trigger. Miller and Frye represent a pretty substantial improvement over Williams and Wright in my opinion. To me these are "Go for it now!" kind of trades - not great for the long term, but exactly the kind of thing that might get us deep into the playoffs.
