Dear Mr. Terry Stotts,
(who will probably never ever read this)
Please unleash our boy AllenCrabbe to do his thing in regulation minutes, like when they matter a little tiny bit more than a 30 point garbage time blowout. Maybe some eastern conference game sometime. Like give him 20 min. against the Bucks or the Jazz or any team well below .500. I have a hunch that he'll bring solid defense and a superior 3pt shot to the bench rotation.
Yeah, maybe I'm just being selfish, you're the coach, you probably know what's best. But Crabbe is a worker. Every article and rumor and interview available makes Crabbe out to be a stand up guy busting ass to get minutes in the association. He's not alone in that regard, but I think Crabbe stands apart as a true professional even in his rookie year. He's doing it right. His attitude is impeccable. And if I'm not mistaken, he's hit a 3 in every game he's played in. Backup SF minutes are clearly a gaping hole in what is otherwise the most beautiful offense in the 2013-14 NBA.
Just give him a shot Terry. You won't regret it.
