I was looking at the rumor wire this morning... maybe we don't take that awful David Lee/Brandon Rush deal for LaMarcus. However, if Dwight was to sign in Golden State- what about sending LMA, and Matthews to GSW for Bogut, Lee, and Thompson? I haven't looked at the math, I'm going off rough estimates from memory- but in my head it seems to work. Bogut's deal is expiring, Thompson is still on a rookie deal (fits the timeline) and Lee gives us a low post/mid post option, albeit expensive and injury prone. There's a hole or two to fill- but it leaves some flexibility and allows us to get a look at the young folks fit more depth and some competent defense in the middle. I'm not really for or against this deal- more throwing it out there to get a discussion going on a a trade a bit different than the norm.
