Can the media stop crippling the Blazers?

With the "Aldridge trade" media fiasco recently I wanted to take notice of how the PDX press has continually negatively impacted our beloved team. It seems constantly that our team is constantly being attacked by members of the media (especially Quick and Canzano). Remember Rasheed Wallace clearly saying how much he hated the Portland media? What about when BROY took the national anthem time in the tunnel for himself (something that was somewhat of a gametime ritual to him) and was scrutinized in the media for doing so. This was our best player, and the face of the franchise. We loved brandon Roy. Why highlight this? Why force him to change his pregame routine because a media member doesn't agree with his principles? Even if it didn't have any real affect on the game, why mess with a players state of mind like that?Sadly, these past 2 weeks have highlighted this once again. Why make up Aldridge trade demands? Why even hint at it if you are a local writer? Constantly asking LaMarcus if he is unhappy and wants out..... MAKES HIM UNHAPPY AND WANT OUT!!! This guy has been consistent, the rock of our team. It seems like the writers care more about questioning player motives, decisions, and soundbytes more than they do the prosperity if tge Blazers. If we care about our team we need to drive these people out of Portland, all they do is cripple a franchise that already has enough problems making NBA players happy.
