1. Draft Mason Plumlee at 12.
2. Sign Dalembert to a 2 year contract.
3. Sign Redick to a four year deal.
4. Resign Maynor to a three year deal.
Dalembert, Leonard, Plumlee.
The rational: we already have our COTF in Meyers. Dude has offensive skill and physical tools that are unbelievable. He stinks on defense, yeah. I'd rather have the offensive game already there. Defense can be learned. Hopefully it won't take too long for Leonard to earn the starting bid over Dalembert.
We solve our no six man problem by Redick, and consquently by signing Maynor, we go from no bench, to having a pretty good bench. We would still have a hole at the backup forward spots (unless Claver develops an offensive game), so it wouldn't be complete, but hopefully by the time Dalemberts contract is up, we would sign those two positions and be two deep at each position.
Batum/ ? (Perhaps Claver)
