David Thorpe, who has done pieces on the best 19-, 20- and 21-year-old rooks in the league, released his 22-year-old list today (yesterday?). I don't have ESPNinsider and can't read it, but I'll take a shot in the dark and say Lillard is likely at the top of the list.
