I am going to assume that we aren't going to be getting our pick so the cap space for the off season should be around 13.5 million.

As we all know Portland is not a great destination for top tier free agents so the key here is to be lucky. We need to get ree agents who have more potential then they are credited for.

TYREKE EVANS: This dude averaged better stats then lillard in his rookie year and I doubt one could just forget how to be efficient barring injuries. Im gonna blame the kings environment, lack of proper position for Evans and bad coaching for his decline. If we can pickup tyreke and have him backup point, and shooting guard ( or start shooting guard) we are already a for sure playoff team. I think he can be had for 7-8 million easy.

TIMOFEY MOZGOV: Another guy with high potential who does not get an oppurtunity to show it on his team. If we could trade hickson for him somehow that would be fantastic. Mozgov is very successful in his limited minutes, buts its hard to average more then 5 points and 5 rebounds when sharing time with koufos and Mcgee. I think he could be had for 3-4 million easy.

To bolster our front court we might want to pick up oneal as well. Very cheap and still efficient.

What do you guys think? I feel that if we get reddick or Jack we will get there usual production if not worse for a great deal of money. Both Mozgov and Evans has more potential then they are showing now
