TRAIL BLAZERS BREAKING NEWS: PER TEAM SOURCE - MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA
Second year Blazers guard Damian Lillard is a game time decision tonight in Minnesota due to huge extremely swollen balls per team sources. According to Head Coach Terry Stotts, Lillard suffered the injury on a last second game winning shot attempt versus Cleveland last night.
After the play you can see in replays that small forward Nic Batum realizes the extent of Lillard's gigantic balls and can be seen protecting Lillard from his other teammates as they are were celebrating the Blazers 119-116 victory.
Lillard says he originally sustained the injury in his youth growing up in Oakland, California and that the condition has followed him through college and into his NBA career. Team sources said the injury was aggravated on December 15th versus the Detroit Pistons but that no one really knew just how swollen his balls had become until after the game winning shot versus Cleveland.
Lillard will continue to treat the condition and is hopeful to play tonight versus Minnesota.
