LaMarcus Aldridge in Phoenix

LaMarcus Aldridge was just named Western Conference Player of the Week for the 4th time.

Last night he passed Sidney Wicks and became #5 on the Blazers career rebound leader board.

1) Clyde Drexler - 5339
2) Jerome Kersey - 5078
3) Mychal Thompson - 4878 (Father of Golden State's Klay Thompson)
4) Buck Williams - 4861
5) LaMarcus Aldridge - 4092

He just past Bill Walton(533 blocks) a few days ago and now sits at #7 on the Blazers career block leader board(538).

In the fourth quarter, in the come from behind win against the Warriors, Aldridge had 15 points and 9 rebounds, while the Warriors, as a team, had 17 points and 8 rebounds.

The Blazers are having a November to Remember, having posted a 13-1 record so far this month.

Clearly, Aldridge and the Blazers are currently experiencing an immense amount of success. However, Aldridge has never experienced success in Phoenix.

---

He sports just a 2-10 record in Phoenix.

Both wins were by single digits.

4 of those losses were by single digits.
3 of those losses were by 10-20 points
3 of those losses were by 20+ points.

So, you don't have to blame LaMarcus Aldridge for the Blazers lack of success in Phoenix, as the Blazers franchise is just 2-15 in their past 17 games in Phoenix.

---

The Suns are 4-2 at home this year, and 7-7 overall.

They beat us by 11 opening night.

Phoenix lost their first game by double digits tonight in Miami. Previously, their 6 losses were by a combined 23 points.

Eric Bledsoe will be returning from injury to face the Blazers.

It will not be easy, but the Blazers are riding an 11 game winning streak.

---

A couple days ago, the Oregon Ducks lost their aura of invincibility in Arizona.

There can not be another beatdown.

It is time for LaMarcus Aldridge to take the ashes of his Phoenix past, and be reborn:

Lead the Blazers to a victory in Phoenix and extend the winning streak to 12 games.
