Damian Lillard makes #30 in ESPN's top 500 NBA players predicted for this season.

http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/9828234/2013-nba-player-rankings-26-30 In today's 26 - 30 update of ESPN's top 500 NBA players predicted for the 2013-14 season, Damian Lillard came in at #30, a rise from #211 last season. This ranking includes both the quality and the quantity of his expected contributions, combined in one overall rating. ESPN & TrueHoop asked their ESPN Forecast panel to rate each player on a 0-to-10 scale, in terms of "the overall level of play for each player for the upcoming NBA season." Lillards rating of 7.46 places him just behind Pau Gasol and just in front of Andre Iguadala. LA is yet to show up, so Blazers have two players in the top 30.
