So are we on the up swing or the down swing? Lets see.
Lamarcus Aldridge had 6 ups 5 downs
Damian Lillard had 5 ups 4 downs 1 stayed the same
Nicolas Batum had 4 ups 8 downs
Wes Mathews had 5 downs(makes sense being he is playing injured)
JJ Hickson had 3 ups
18ups
22downs
I would actually say we are on the down swing. Id also say that the stats in my first post
were a smaller sample size and therefore inflated the ranks in a few stats that had no
choice but to go down. But even so, the more downs than ups coupled with our 6 game
losing streak and record show a down curve trending. Wes had no ups but he is also
playing hurt. Batum on the other hand with 8 downs. He goes in the inflated early
category. LMA, Dames and JJ all had more ups than downs.
--------
With that said, Our starting five have done some damage this season. We have 2 top
scorers(LMA, Dames), a top rebounder(JJ)and 2 jack of all trades masters of none kind of
dudes(Wes, Batum). If we can get a legit center and fill in this bench with some good
talent and also be 100% healthy we can be scary good team. But we have to have
patience.
Anyways, there you have it folks. Your halfway through this up and down season. Lets
see what the 2nd half has in store for us.
Thanks for reading my post, talk about it below.
Peace,
CJB
