We know Kahn has a fetish for all things Portland. We know he fears Olshey will make a run at Restricted Free Agent Nikola Pekovic this offseason, much like Kahn did at Batum last summer.

We also know Minnesota is--by far--the worst 3pt shooting team in the league.

The market for UFA bigs this offseason is...shallow, outside of Howard and Bynum.

Would Minnesota risk losing Pek to a big contract offer from us for nothing? Or would they want to move him and at least get something for him? And, if the latter, would they be willing to do it in the middle of the season?

Could we move Hickson and Babbitt and a 2014 first rounder to Minnesota for Pekovic?

You can't judge this trade simply by using rationality. You have to somehow get in Kahn's mind. Would KAHN do this?
