Since we just got done chronicling the most influential Blazer players in all of team history and since Bill Schonely just went into the Hall of Fame it seems appropriate to open up the floor to your most influential figures in Trail Blazers history besides players. Anybody is open for nomination for any reason. Just share names and why you think those folks were so influential. In particular it'd be interesting to hear how or whether they influenced you.

Note that former players are OK as long as their influence came in a capacity outside the contributions while they were on the roster. No need to disqualify an otherwise influential figure just because he once happened to play for the team.
