Should the NBA allow performance enhancing drugs?

At the gym there are people who look like me and there are others that are HUGE. It's not the protein drink that gives them that size. They are taking the human growth hormone, testosterone, or something else. I don't care, since they aren't hurting anyone (I hope), but think they look like silly balloons. Anyway, getting off track here, I see the effect of illegal drugs being used to enhance ones abilities. Lance Armstrong is the latest news of such, but the list would need the length of a scroll to read off. Should we just put an apostrophe by the names of athletes who hold records but were juicing? It certainly isn't a fair game if the players aren't obeying the rules. To get paid serious money makes anyone motivated to break the rules. I suggest we let them. It would be fun to watch.
