But if they defend like they did after Nate McMillan was fired and Gerald Wallace was traded, they won't be very good. And matching Nicolas Batum's offer sheet really minimized their future flexibility. ----------------------------- Portland is 12th out of 15 Western Conference teams. The seven teams ranked below the Blazers overall, in order from best to worst: Milwaukee Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers, Phoenix Suns, Washington Wizards, Sacramento Kings, Houston Rockets and the Charlotte Bobcats. The top-5 teams on the list: Miami Heat, Oklahoma City Thunder, Los Angeles Lakers, San Antonio Spurs and the Los Angeles Clippers.
