The recent poll of expected wins on oregonlive.com has 36-40 wins as the leading choice. I know we're all hopeful that Damian Lillard will pull a Derrick Rose, LMA will drop 25-10 a game and Batum will magically turn into a 20-5-5 player but to be realistic in the West and specifically in the Northwest division there is no way we win more than 25 games.

Until Leonard develops, any team with a legit center (not a PF playing big or a first year player) is going to stomp all over us. Look around at the teams we play most.. OKC, Denver, Utah and even Minnesota (if Nikola Peković keeps improving). Then take another glance around the west.. Lakers, Kings, Clippers, Suns.. all those teams have centers capable of pounding it in down low on offense (either to end up with an easy bucket or to kick it out to a shooter) and then protecting the rim on offense.
