Fair or not our training staff have a bad reputation dating back to Walton. Why not hire Phoenix's training staff?

Sometimes perception is everything and maybe the perception that our training staff is what led to Oden and Roy's injuries is strong as ridiculous as it is.

Paul Allen has shown he's willing to spend money on coaches and players so why not the top ranked training staff in the league? I'm sure they love living in Phoenix but I'm sure they'll love being rich in Portland even more.

I mean this Phoenix training staff is supposedly so good they're always mentioned.

I don't blame our current training staff for Oden or Roy or anyone else but they have to unfortunatley take the blame like a coach who's fired because his team got ravaged by injuries.
