All the way back in November 2011, during the depths of the NBA's lockout, we noted that Portland Trail Blazers owner Paul Allen had paid handsomely to secure the premier superyacht parking spot in London in preparation for the 2012 Olympics. Above is a photo of Allen's Superyacht, Octopus, all ready to go. Gordon Smart of The Sun reports that Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Bill Gates have been invited to party on Octopus. ---------------------------------------- The minted American has moored his vessel in Canary Wharf, East London, especially for the Games. ... A source said: “Paul’s party is going to be amazing. Some big names have been invited but Brad and Ange are easily the most glamorous.” ---------------------------------------- Luke Babbitt was reportedly seen standing on shore, scratching his head and asking security to double-check to see if his name is on the list.
