Portland Trail Blazers international forward Victor Claver posted a Twitter message on Monday night that said he was en route to Portland from his training with the Spanish National team.

Last week, Spanish club Valencia announced that they were parting ways with Claver.

A June report linked Claver to the Blazers and Portland GM Neil Olshey called Claver a "good fit" last month.

Claver, 23, was a first round pick in the 2009 NBA Draft.
