Walterfootball.com has a database of 75 mock drafts for 2012. It lists picks 1 thru 5. If you assume there are six clear BPAs: Davis, Kidd-Gilchrest, Robinson, Beal, Barnes, and Drummond, then by process of elimination you can deduct pick #6. I used all mock drafts that had been updated in May or June, so I culled out the less active sites. This left 51 sites. The results:
Barnes (SF) 22
Drummond (C) 19.5
Beal (SG) 5.5
Robinson (PF) 4
So it looks like a toss up between Barnes and Drummond as the player likely to available to the Blazers at pick #6. Two questions:
- Which of the two, if we keep the pick?
- Does this information make you more or less interested in trading the pick?
