Chad Ford of ESPN.com reports that Syracuse guard Dion Waiters has cancelled upcoming pre-Draft workouts with speculation that a team has promised to select him early in the 2012 NBA Draft. Ford includes the Portland Trail Blazers as a team that could have possibly promised Waiters. ------------------------------ Lots of teams buzzing about a Dion Waiters promise.
