Over at the Dream Shake we have been doing a writer's mock draft. We just recently got to the Blazers' first pick, the sixth overall selection. A link to the latest pick is right here. Here's how things have shaken out so far:

1. New Orleans Hornets: Anthony Davis

2. Charlotte Bobcats: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist

3. Washington Wizards: Andre Drummond

4. Cleveland Cavaliers: Harrison Barnes

5. Sacramento Kings: Thomas Robinson

I originally was thinking point guard at this pick, but I didn't want to reach for Kendall Marshall or Damian Lillard, especially with at least one of them to remain on the board with the second Blazers' selection.

Thus, I snapped up Bradley Beal, the shooting guard out of the University of Florida. Obviously, Beal is unlikely to last this deep into the draft, but at #6 he's a tremendous value and one I couldn't pass up.
