With the draft over and the decisions being made to not offer JJ Hickson, Jamal Crawford and Raymond Felton the Blazers have effective opened up a ton of cap space. My question it how much? Will the Blazers be players in FA? What can they afford to spend? Will they spend it? Any speculation on who? What positions will they target? This seems to be a weak FA class, how can the Blazers compete while not loading themselves up with bad contracts. THANKS!!
