Stern gives Boston a 2nd round pick as compensation for Green

Seems like if there was some sort of wrong doing on OKC's part, shouldn't they then lose a 1st round pick? And since when did the commissioner protect teams that make bad trades? Minnesota traded for Webster who missed a season with a known back injury. Of course we got Babbit back, so not sure who lost in that trade.
