Something along with the draft, FA, Olshey, coach, has got me thinking....if we're ushering in this new era, let's refresh the unis! We've been in the same one's since 92'. They've seen a loss in the Finals, the trading of Drexler, the 2000 Game 7 debacle, the Jailblazers, and the FrailBlazers. Let's play to our supersticious side and make some changes.

I'm not advocating a mass overhaul. Love the scarlet, black and white for colors. But how about adding grey? There's a sweet grey in the throwback Rip City's jersey that would be perfect. I'd love a tweak to the font to make it be a little more retro and rounded much the like Rip City version. Our current font seems outdated and lame. I'd also be up for changing the stripes from diaginal across the front, to vertical running down the sides. Let's go Oregon Ducks with this bad boy, and get a few classy, but stylized versions.

We're ushering in a new era. Let's do it in style all the way!
