The Portland Trail Blazers announced their 2012 Las Vegas Summer League schedule on Thursday. The Blazers will open against the New Orleans Hornets, who will be led by No. 1 overall pick Anthony Davis (once they officially select him).

• Sunday, July 15 7:30 p.m. New Orleans Thomas & Mack Center
• Tuesday, July 17 5 p.m. Houston COX Pavilion
• Thursday, July 19 3 p.m. Atlanta COX Pavilion
• Friday, July 20 3 p.m. Denver COX Pavilion
• Saturday, July 21 1 p.m. Miami COX Pavilion

The Trail Blazers are one of a record 24 teams set to participate in the league, which will be held at the Thomas & Mack Center and COX Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas from July 13-22.

In 2010, the Trail Blazers Summer League team posted a record of 4-1, its best mark in six years in the league, behind current Interim Head Coach Kaleb Canales. Current Trail Blazers forward Luke Babbitt shared the team lead in scoring with 14.2 points per game.
