I was reading another fan post which suggested we take a "twin towers" type of plan into the draft and try to go for a combination of Drummond, Zeller or Leonard. While this approach goes away from what I would do (draft some combination of Lillard, Beal and Perry Jones III), I can see the logic here. Develop two big men, have a young and athletic front line (with LMA and Hickson) and then possibly end up trading whichever big doesn't pan out. This would definitely address our size issue.
But by all accounts we need a point guard who can create for the team and also create his own shot. And we need buckets. Big time. Ideal situation being the impossible dream of Deron Williams. If we end up drafting bigs can we find this type of guard play through free agency? Or should we go opposite and draft guards then hope to sign a big or two?

Assuming balance isn't an option and you have to either draft bigs/sign guards or draft guards/sign bigs what would you do?
