I met a guy at the gym who went to high school with R. Westbrook. His best friend is, presumably, still in contact with him. I asked for some dirt, like did he smoke weed? He said, no, and that Westbrook was a quiet guy. He said R.W. didn't grow till his senior year, and played off the bench till then. Also, there was a real talent on the team that drew a lot of attention. Unfortunately, this player, forgot the name, died of a heart issue, but R.W. was noticed in the events.

The one good piece of dirt told me is that K.D. and R.W. hate each other. He said they are professional on the court, but never talk otherwise. He also said that he thinks R.W. is better, and alluded to R.W. believing himself better than K.D. He admitted that he was biased.

Saw the guy again as I was watching the game tonight, and I guess I'll see him around. If anyone wants me to ask him a question, I'll do it.
