Portland Trail Blazers guard Wesley Matthews says he will represent the team at the 2012 NBA Draft Lottery. ------------------------------ Honored to be representing Rip City at the Draft, hoping that the fact I wasn't drafted will bring a positive karma. ------------------------------ It was reported earlier this week that he would be the team's representative as long as his schedule allowed.
