Hey, the playoffs are going and will be dragging on for another month +. We don't have a horse in the race, so while we dream about who the next GM and head coach will be, we need something to keep our Bedge wits sharp, right?
Just for fun, I was looking at Wikipedia today to see what the career win/loss percentages for active coaches is. I thought it might be interesting to discuss how Bedgers think that list compares to what a ranking would look like only considering the "quality" of the coach. In other words, does a coach's win/loss percentage equate with his coaching skill? Lots of variables contribute to a coach's record, but presumably there's only one variable regarding their qualities as a coach which is just plain talent and all that word connotes.
So, who are the outlyers here? Maybe more importantly, how do we get one of the top guys here? I understand that a few recently fired coaches aren't on this list because they're not "active"-at least not yet. Feel free to throw them into the mix 8>).
Here's the list based on win/loss percentage:

- M. Williams
- Del Negro
