According to the new CBA does anyone have an idea what the projected salary cap will be for 2012-13? My guess is that it will stay at 58 million but not sure.

With Portland mostlikely getting the 11th or 12th pick and NJ mostlikely getting the 5th or 6th pick, do you think it would be a good idea to trade both picks to move up in the draft, assuming that the first 2 picks or not available?
