Chris Haynes of CSNNW.com reports that Portland Trail Blazers president Larry Miller met with former Phoenix Suns executive Steve Kerr on Saturday but that Kerr's agent said no offer of Portland's GM job was made. -------------------------- "There was no offer presented.
