Dwight Jaynes of CSNNW.com writes that the Portland Trail Blazers should seek an outside audit of their medical practices in response to the claims of sports kinesiologist Zig Ziegler. ----------------------------- The Blazers, it seems to me, are boxed in on this one. They'd love to discredit the guy (a man who seems to do all he can to discredit himself). But the fact is, the franchise paid him huge money to tell it about its own players. If he's making false claims and absurd statements, if he's a bad person, it almost makes the organization look worse for hiring him in the first place, doesn't it? I do believe the thing this team needs to do -- and I suggested it last season -- is commission an outside, professional audit of its medical and conditioning practices.
