I am not a statistical genius like Storyteller, nor do I have the GM skills Abu thinks he has. But I have a strange and bizarre sense of loyalty to the Portland Trailblazers. That being said, I think it's time for the team to shake the normal off. I want the team to shed it's collective dead skin, and start new with the players first. Start it backwards. Let the players select a voice. Let the voice select a coach. Coach K is happening and everyone loves it. Let the coach select the GM. A revolution from the bottom up.

No one likes being bossed around. No one likes to be kicked by the "man". Players' have issues when it comes to trades, team bonding, etc. If the players' felt they had more control, even when the GM pulled the strings, they would be better prepared to fulfill their potential. Go Blazers.
