The current chart shows the 2012-13 Season's team salary at $ 35,488,290. Though some additions and subtractions should be made based on assumption. Such as:

• - Jamal Crawford and Shawne Williams not returning.
• + Batum getting a new contract. (Lets say between 7-10 million for estimates sake)
• + Rookie contracts for the 2012 Draft.

Making the Blazers Salary closer to $40,000,000. In 2012-13 season, as one of the agreements made between players and owners during the lockout, the salary cap will move from 58 million, to between 60-61 million.
