Looks like we've sailed Captain Crash off to New Jersey.

Like many fans, I loved watching Gerald play, and appreciated his effort and hustle. True, he was inconsistent this season, but Gerlad could still be counted on to make (or attempt) bold and daring defensive and hustle plays.

My girlfriend and I once tried a drinking game while watching the Blazers. We took a drink everytime Gerald hit the floor. We had to give up after a quarter, because it was just too much alcohol to consume - Gerald was everywhere, disrupting the other team and diving to the floor, drawing charges, etc.

Fare thee well, Gerald, and thanks for being a Blazer we could be proud of.
