Camby's one turnover was bad

by HailOden! on Feb 4, 2012 8:09 PM PST up reply actions

no it was the bigs they were tired the only big off the bench was Kurt and he played 4 minutes

17 first half minutes for marcus
19 for Gerald
21 for LA

and we were up by double digits or a longtime

they got sloppy screening and rotating and stop actually stepping out for the ball

by Willie Beamon on Feb 4, 2012 8:12 PM PST up reply actions

We are not watching the same game

The screens are always sloppy. That wasn’t what caused the bad guard play. Jamal and Ray were just dribbling into traffic and passing it back and forth to each other.

Jeremy Lin has amazing night

It's one game

by thankyouforblaze on Feb 4, 2012 8:11 PM PST up reply actions

he's only played in a handful of games

and NY grabbed him and he’s paid off.

we’ve passed on a lot of guys, that doesnt mean that was the right move

"If you can do a half-assed job of anything, you're a one-eyed man in a kingdom of the blind."

by thankyouforblaze on Feb 4, 2012 8:13 PM PST up reply actions

Have you ever watched him play?

He’s very slow. His shot isn’t consistent. He’s not very athletic, and his point guard skills are weak.

He had a good game against a team where he surprised. If he played for us you would see his weaknesses more clearly.

after having a nice lead.
At least this is not on the road.

by Berkeley on Feb 4, 2012 8:09 PM PST reply actions

They better not lose at home since that's the only place they'll get a win.

Certainly this team is not going to steal one on the road, regardless of the competition.

by Stryder9 on Feb 4, 2012 8:13 PM PST up reply actions

How many times do you hear someone say that Aldridge got too many shots and it cost us the game?

Compare that to how frequently you hear the same thing about our guards. This team never buys into the inside to outside style of play. Too many guys trying to replace Brandon Roy in this system rather than play team ball. Portland was moving the ball very well in the first quarter. I don’t know why this team strays away from a offense that makes Denver move. After all, isn’t getting Denver tired in this game a key strategy?

If Nic happens to miss, Elliot puts back.

Now, if we could only play with half this efficiency on the road...

Come on, guys… The baskets are at the same height on other courts… We can’t keep up with the road blues.

"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life,(of the Blazers), (of KP's madness), of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity." - Albert Einstein

GW looks miserable on the bench. Does anybody else get the feeling he doesn’t want to be on this team?
