Trade Drawer 2/3
http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=7mw738t
Rockets get: Wallace and Felton
Blazers get: Dragic, T.Williams, Flynn, either Hill or Patterson, and Thabeet
At this point I'll trade Felton for a decent IPA (living in the Midwest). I love Wallace, but he doesn't seem to play in other arenas. Houston can clear some bench rot and some cap space with this trade and we get a new PG, Batum's backup, additional size on the front line, and another C that doesn't play.

I don't see a major improvement to this trade....
It’s more of a lateral move, or maybe not even…. Specially with those 2 year contracts.
At this point if the blazers are gonna make a move it will be to push them to contention. I see them wanting to keep their flexibility this summer.

As stated by Hoi, this isn't even considered a lateral move.
As Hoopshype has it, most of those players from Houston(exception Dragic is a FA) have team options next year so there is no cap space to be cleared for them.
Dragic is a solid back up but no starter. His shooting percentage from beyond the arc this year is just as bad as Felton’s. And his Assist/TO ratio for his career isn’t what i’d want out of my starting PG.
Also they get the 2 best players in this trade so i’d be asking for draft picks. Definitely a first rounder this year at the very least. And IMO, the only way the Blazers do this is if we are near the trade deadline and looking at missing the playoffs and they want to acquire some assets for the future.
Seems like a lateral move at best.
with the potential to skyrocket us into the lottery for the 2012 draft… so there is that… But if we go that route we might as well make it worth it and do a full rebuild.

Felton has way more assists, points and steals than dragic. How is that an improvement?

Keep in mind Dragic is a bench player behind one of the best PG's in the west
Kyle Lowry. So per game or total, those numbers don’t tell the true story.

I could see a trade with Houston
But they would need to sweeten it a bit.

Plus a first round pick from them.
I dunno, really but...
whatever trade involves Felton going away for an equal+ PG that doesn’t even bother shooting the three cause he knows it won’t sink is good by me…
oh…well…I guess I say trade back for Dre
We can get way more for gerald than all the players in that trade
COMBINED. Dragic is a decent back up pg but blazer fans will eat him alive for his poor shooting from deep and ugly turnovers. The only players I would want from Houston are Kyle Lowry Kevin Martin and Samuel Dalembert and the first two Houston probably wont trade. and maybe Chase Budinger, maybe Courtney Lee(i think hes still one rockets ha) and I hate Scola but he is pretty good. No way in heck would i want to see Dragic(ok) TWilliams(horrible BBIQ) Flynn(falt out sucks) Thabeet(injuries injuries injuries) Patterson(slightly undersized) or Jordan(I crup my pants whenever i see Kevin Garnett) Hill in a Blazers jersey. Remeber how the Blazers were offered 4 first round picks for Gerald recently? I would have taken that deal back then and I MOST DEFINETLY would take it now. 4 first rounders would be much better than a bunch of middling talent we already have enough bad bench players
Ruben Boumtje-Boumtje, Vladimir Stepania, Ha(ha you suck) Seung Jin, Travis Diener and Erick Barkley
It's not an impressive haul, but it makes sense for both teams.

Portland Trades Gerald Wallace and Armon Johnson to Washington for Rony Turiaf, Kevin Seraphin and Chris Singleton and Washington’s 2012 2nd round pick.
Our lineup:
PG: Raymond Felton – Nolan Smith
SG: Wesley Matthews – Jamal Crawford – Elliot Williams
SF: Nicolas Batum – Chris Singleton – Luke Babbitt
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge – Kevin Seraphin – Craig Smith
C: Marcus Camby – Rony Turiaf – Kurt Thomas – Greg Oden
Offensively our bench would be extremely anemic this year, but with the future potential of bringing over Joel Freeland, who by all accounts has a pretty well rounded offensive game, he would be a great offensive big to pair with the more defensive minded Seraphin while Singleton would be our wing defender of the second unit with Crawford continuing his chucking ways. Plus we could potentially pick up a really sweet steal of the second round with their high pick.
It makes sense for Washington because Crash is exactly the type of player to fire up and motivate the knuckleheads that currently occupy the Wizards’ roster. Plus they have a huge hole at their starting SF spot, and they can really use help on the defensive end considering their other wing players are Nick Young and Jordan Crawford…
The smarter you are, the more likely you are to be tripping balls at any given moment.
