Listening to the Dan Patrick Show on Fox Sports Radio this morning, Dan had on NBA writer Sam Smith. He, like every national media show, was discussing the NY Knicks, and while talking about D'Antoni and his coaching skills, he added, "look at a guy like Felton, who played point, and was looking like a really hot player in New York last year, and all of a sudden he's in Portland now, and they HATE him."
Patrick fake laughed, and said, "'Hate' is a strong word there, Sam."
Sam Smith stayed to his gun, and said, "Yea, they hate him."
(This occurred at the 29 min mark of hour 2 of the Dan Patrick show. Sorry I couldn't get the audio here, but it's only 5 seconds of banter).
So here's the deal: Do we really HATE Felton? Maybe we just dislike the fact that he's playing like a high schooler, but can you really say "Hate?" And if that's the case, do we hate Oden for getting injured?
