Blazers get:
Jajuan Johnson
Celtics get:
Nic Batum

Blazers get their PGOTF and a franchise player to go with LMA and another big to play next to Pryz, Camby and Thomas.
Celtics get a budding star in Batum, a starting PG in Felton and a youngin who has showed flash that he could be brilliant.
Swap picks as you suggest, but i think this would workout very well for both sides.
