Past Blazers point guards
Raymond Felton has definitely been struggling in a big way. He doesn't seem to have a lot of confidence in his game, or the knack to make the right decision down the stretch. He may still turn it around, but It got me to thinking about the point guards the Blazers have had over the last few years. What if you could magically bring one back, who would you choose? (sorry, Brandon Roy doesn't make the list)

Jarrett Jack
Is playing better than Felton this year and I wouldn’t mind seeing him in a Trailblazers uniform again. I would love to see what Bayless could do for Portland in a more uptempo style then he had before and more minutes. Felton might play the worst defense I’ve seen in a long time, all the “above average” defender stuff is a load of crap. When you can’t even stay in front of a 38 year old Jason Kidd whose having the worst year of his career then you know you suck at defense. If we’re not trading for anyone then at least give some of Feltons minutes to Elliot Williams, he seems to have some real potential and he stays in front of his man most of the time.

Yeah, let's be thankful that selfish, short-armed gunner is stuck in Canada.
I, for one, am pleased as punch that Bayless has been banished to NBA obscurity in T-Dot.

Can add Joel Freeland, Victor Claver, and cash considerations, too, as well as this year’s second-round pick.
I was never thrilled with the Jack trade in the first place
at the time, I didn’t know much about Bayless and bought into the idea (hype?) that he could develop into a better player than Jack down the road. The trade also opened up time for Rudy, so it made sense in that Rudy would get Jack’s time at the 2 and the Blazers would wait a year or two on Bayless to develop.
After seeing Bayless for a year and a half, I wanted Jack back. My dream would be to have kept Jack for the duration and not fiddled around with Bayless and possibly even Miller. Imagine if they had stuck with Jack/Blake as a PG by committee duo and invested in a Center/PF to back up Oden and LA in the summer they signed Miller.
Hindsight is 20/20 though, eh?
