Members of the Portland Trail Blazers reacted to a shooting at an elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut.

CNN.com reports that more than 20 people were killed in a shooting at a Newtown, Conn., elementary school on Friday.

Multiple members of the Portland Trail Blazers posted reactions to the shootings on their Twitter accounts. Here is a round-up of those tweets.

The Newtown school shooting comes just a few days after a shooting at Clackamas Town Center on Tuesday. Blazers guard Damian Lillard said his mother was in the mall's parking lot at the time of the incident.

The Blazers held a moment of silence before Thursday's game against the San Antonio Spurs for the victims of the Clackamas Town Center shooting as well as other victims of "senseless violence."

Henry Abbott of TrueHoop assembled other reactions to the Newtown shooting from around the NBA community.
