Seems like you have good camaraderie going with your teammates ...

"Oh yeah, all the guys on this team are great guys. No crybabies, no prima donnas; everybody is just happy-go-lucky. We joke and we laugh with each other. We all get along and we communicate. That's made my transition easier."

You're one of five rookies on the team. Has there been a veteran -- like Wesley Matthews -- that's taken you under his wing?

"All the veterans, really. I talk to Wes a lot. ... LaMarcus (Aldridge), J.J. (Hickson), Jared Jeffries. ... everyone. All the veterans look out for me, so I really appreciate it."
