coming into this season I was excited not just by our new players, but about the prospect of our above the rim play. L.A. once lead the league in lobs and with Hickson, Batum and Leonard , supposedly, running in a new up-tempo offense I thought we would be seeing some serious throw-downs. Well, thus far I can only remember a handful of lobs to the rim( to Leonard mainly). Lillard certainly has the vision to execute this sort of play, but it just has not materialized. Is it because of our setts? Is it even been considered as part of our attack? The way L.A. is constantly overplayed, this should be a staple of our half court set. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this. I don't care much about wins, but I want to see our baby birds fly. Throw it up and ...throw it down! BOOMSHACKALAKA!
