Portland Trail Blazers rookie guard Damian Lillard did not practice on Tuesday and will sit out Wednesday night's preseason game against the Denver Nuggets with a bruised left foot.

Portland Trail Blazers rookie guard Damian Lillard did not practice on Tuesday and will sit out Wednesday night's preseason home opener against the Denver Nuggets with a bruised left foot suffered during a Monday night loss to the Sacramento Kings.

Lillard said he suffered the bruised left foot in the first quarter vs Sac, but played through it. Pain became more great this morning.

Lillard will not play tomorrow with a bruised left foot, day to day. Lillard said he plans to practice Thursday.

Blazers reserve guard Ronnie Price is also dealing with an ankle injury that could keep him out of the rest of the preseason.
